I would recommend Lori’s services to anyone. In fact, I do. When we approached Lori about selling our home, her response and initial discussions with us instilled an abundance of confidence that we were in good hands. She sat down with us to go over the process, she researched recent sales and current listings to help us settle on a list price. She was very informative and a good listener. Moving forward, she coordinated all the ins and outs of selling a home. Our home sale was a bit challenging, given its proximity in the hills. Nonetheless, within no time, Lori had our home in contract and for the price we listed at. We could go on and on, but suffice to say, our experience with Lori was exceptional.

Lori walked into our lives in 2014 with an idea to sell our first townhome. Her energy, passion and love for the industry showed through from the first time we met her. She instantly made us feel like family and that she would have our best interest. She helped us sell the townhome and get into our new home in Hayward, Ca. 4 years later - we then thought to move to Oregon and she right away gave us resources and helped us build a relationship with other realtors. Thankfully we didn’t move to Oregon but, instead landed in Hollister, Ca where we were in desperate need to buy another home since ours sold so quickly. Once again we call our “realty guru” and she was on it! She knew we were in a time crunch and she made EVERYTHING happen in a quick but safe manner. She had us up and looking at houses that same weekend! By the end of week 2 we were already in escrow. We were lost and she helped guide us throughout 3 different properties and we couldn’t be anymore grateful! Lori is the realtor you want on your side. She will be honest and will steer you in the right direction. She will also help keep you calm. If you haven’t gone through a buying/selling of a home you know the amount of stress that brings on but, if you have Lori on your side-she will take majority of that and do her “thing” on the other side that you don’t need to hear. She’s an amazing realtor with an even more amazing love for her clients!! A+++++

We were so happy we selected Lori Robitaille Biasca to assist us in selling our house of 40 years. Her knowledge of the real estate market provided us with the perfect sales price. She was helpful with all decisions and assisted us in getting repairs done with the COVID 19 guidelines. Her personal dedication and honesty were apparent in our everyday interactions. 5 stars - Lori's personal touch makes buying and selling a great experience!

Lori helped us purchase our San Jose condo in 2015 when we were first time homebuyers. She took the time to explain things to us and show us that she was our advocate. She exhibited a genuine interest in helping us and acted like a "mama bear" in the best possible way! After the sale, we remained friends.

We decided to move out of the area 3 years later when we were pregnant with our second child. We immediately thought of Lori and didn't consider working with any other agent to sell our house. She leveraged her expertise to do excellent market research on our area and presented us with 3 very attractive offers, working with us to negotiate optimal terms to ensure that all parties were satisfied. She made the open house process as easy as possible and added a personal touch by serving popcorn (inviting folks to "pop in")!

In the end, we accepted an offer that was $31,000 over asking, and we were able to move out according to our ideal timeline. We also made a substantial profit on our home in the 3 years we lived there -- Lori encouraged us to strike while the market was hot and we're so glad we did! Our neighbors were so impressed with Lori that they considered her for their home sales, too.

Because we moved out of the area, we opted to use a different (more local) agent to buy our next home. When we experienced issues with our realtor, Lori used her connections to find us a better agent who had a "pocket listing" that turned out to be our dream home! She added value in all aspects of our move, even referring us to a trustworthy moving company.

I highly recommend chatting with Lori for your real estate needs. She is a wonderful person to know!

If your are buying or selling a home and you want someone to be on your side through the thick and thin of the process, then Lori is your gal. She will make it her personal interest to make sure you get the service your deserve, the house that you want/sale and her friendship for the future. Lori is amazing! She was able to do what another agent couldn’t. Wish I would have used her to sell our condo. She was able to get us into our dream home even before our condo was in contract and got the buyer to accept our offer on contingency. I’m not sure any other agent would have been able to do that in the Bay Area Market. I highly recommend Lori to anyone considering to buy or sell property.

When my Mom died last year Lori was the first one I call to help me sell my Mom's house. Not only get did she get me the best price for the house she also help me find the right people to help get the house ready for selling. Our home buying experience with Lori could not have been better. She was so very professional throughout the entire process. Lori has a delightful personality, which helped us through the very stressful time. Her market knowledge was quite impressive. No matter which area we inquired about, she knew what homes were on the market, and was often aware of homes which had not even been listed yet. Her connections and associations with various professional groups helps her build her market awareness of available homes and values in the South Valley.

Lori was always available by phone or email whenever we needed her. During normal business hours or outside of normal business hours, she really catered to our needs. That was quite helpful to us.
