5 stars - Lori's personal touch makes buying and selling a great experience!

Lori helped us purchase our San Jose condo in 2015 when we were first time homebuyers. She took the time to explain things to us and show us that she was our advocate. She exhibited a genuine interest in helping us and acted like a "mama bear" in the best possible way! After the sale, we remained friends.

We decided to move out of the area 3 years later when we were pregnant with our second child. We immediately thought of Lori and didn't consider working with any other agent to sell our house. She leveraged her expertise to do excellent market research on our area and presented us with 3 very attractive offers, working with us to negotiate optimal terms to ensure that all parties were satisfied. She made the open house process as easy as possible and added a personal touch by serving popcorn (inviting folks to "pop in")!

In the end, we accepted an offer that was $31,000 over asking, and we were able to move out according to our ideal timeline. We also made a substantial profit on our home in the 3 years we lived there -- Lori encouraged us to strike while the market was hot and we're so glad we did! Our neighbors were so impressed with Lori that they considered her for their home sales, too.

Because we moved out of the area, we opted to use a different (more local) agent to buy our next home. When we experienced issues with our realtor, Lori used her connections to find us a better agent who had a "pocket listing" that turned out to be our dream home! She added value in all aspects of our move, even referring us to a trustworthy moving company.
